Position Overview: We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled Electricians to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field. Key Responsibilities:
Help clients on-site with Electrical issues
Prepare cost estimates
Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems and repair or substitute damaged units
Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, etc.)
Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
Use hand and power tools
Adhere to state and local building regulations
Complete work orders on time and ensure timely and effective resolution
Create records of materials used
Fully understanding local and federal regulations for safe electrical systems
Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details
Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance
Communicate technical information clearly and understandably
Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution
Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to make sure everything is done the right way
Requirements:
Valid electrical license
Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
Proven experience in commercial electrical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
