We're a contemporary boutique dental clinic located in Belmont, CA. We believe in delivering high quality patient-centered dental care. We value professionalism & teamwork. We strive to create a working environment that is supportive & rewarding.

We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing administrative support to the dental team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their career in the dental field.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collect payments from patients and process payments in the computer system.
  • Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Manage patient insurance information and claims.
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team.
  • Manage social media post & replies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
