Summary :

We are looking for a Maintenance Helper to help with duties around the facility.

Some of the responsibilities include :

• Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians) in complex repair tasks, providing tools, materials, and hands-on assistance as needed.
• Facilitate the setup and breakdown of company events or meetings by arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and ensuring appropriate cleanup.
• Execute minor repairs on building structures, including patching walls, painting, and fixing door handles.
• Help in maintaining outdoor areas by performing landscaping, snow removal, and exterior cleaning.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring availability and condition for use.
• Perform emergency custodial duties in the event of spills, leaks, or other immediate cleanliness or safety concerns.
