Job Responsibilities:
Performs research and analysis in the development of program or project activities for one or more programs.
Defines program requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers.
Develops and disseminates communications regarding the project or program status.
Tracks progress, adopts and provides ongoing reports to leadership/program sponsors.
Performs work under direct supervision.
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ensures all program data is current, complete and ready for submission.
Analyzes databases to verify/track the completion of program’s personnel (period of performance). Develops and plans best methods for meeting operational metric requirements.
Participates in outside audits. May be assigned to take the lead in some cases.
Monitors performance of assigned purchase order Line Items/CLIN.
Reviews and approves all assigned personnel tracking reports verifying content and compliance.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by senior management.
Submits program deliverables to the customer.
Proficient in use of various computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data and government regulations.
Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.
