Job Responsibilities:

• Performs research and analysis in the development of program or project activities for one or more programs.

• Defines program requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers.

• Develops and disseminates communications regarding the project or program status.

• Tracks progress, adopts and provides ongoing reports to leadership/program sponsors.

• Performs work under direct supervision.

• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ensures all program data is current, complete and ready for submission.

• Analyzes databases to verify/track the completion of program’s personnel (period of performance). Develops and plans best methods for meeting operational metric requirements.

• Participates in outside audits. May be assigned to take the lead in some cases.

• Monitors performance of assigned purchase order Line Items/CLIN.

• Reviews and approves all assigned personnel tracking reports verifying content and compliance.

• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by senior management.

• Submits program deliverables to the customer.

• Proficient in use of various computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data and government regulations.

• Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Background in finance.
