Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced staff to oversee the daily operations of our store. We are currently open interview with all front house positions:
1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment.
2. Seat guests and manage the seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover.
3. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or takeout orders.
4. Provide menus, take orders, and ensure accuracy in orders.
5. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station.
7. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service.
8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
9. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience.
