Spa Coordinator

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services
- Provide information to clients about available services and packages
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate spa treatments based on their needs and preferences
- Process payments for services rendered
- Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and payments
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation of daily activities
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of spa supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills to effectively schedule appointments and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in sales, particularly in jewelry, technical, or electronics sales, is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks

Note: Prior experience in the spa or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
