Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive the success of our campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to contribute to the growth of our company.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales materials and presentations
- Coordinate and execute performance marketing initiatives, including online advertising and social media campaigns
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management
- Help manage the marketing budget and track expenses
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Assist with print advertising initiatives, including creating ads and working with external vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing marketing budgets is a plus
- Experience with marketing for a real estate brokerage also is a plus
