Responsible for providing strategic marketing direction and market intelligence.

***Candidates should reside in the Tampa, FL area, as the position is hybrid and will require one day per week in office***

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances, segregation of duties principles, role specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling instructions.
• Provide strategic marketing direction and market intelligence.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
• Partners with other marketing areas in support of marketing goals.
• May oversee the development of marketing collateral to meet client needs.
• Supports market changes.
• Assists with marketing strategies and implementing marketing tactics to support business/sales objectives.
• Supports the development, implementation and oversight/audit of market- response/fulfillment, print production, direct marketing, translation programs through assigned project tasks including content and collateral coordination, coordinating and confirming print job specifications and/or translation requirements.
• Follows appropriate processes and timelines to support sales, corporate and operational considerations.
• Coordinates activities/data with vendors to ensure strong execution against contractual and requested services, including invoice reconciliation, reporting, rate card adherence, etc.
• Contributes to department work streams and new or improved methods or processes to support increased efficiencies, economies and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree; 3 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Experience in health care industry preferred.

Preferred

• Prior experience with Medicare Mandated Communications and writing/reviewing business requirements.

• Monday-Friday - 8:00am-6:00pm (8 hours per day not including lunch)
