This person will have workstreams that cover everything from Deal Desk/Discounting approval, New Product Pricing, Competitive Analysis, and Financial Modeling; A highly visible role that will have a seat at the table with Executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making with the direction from the Sr Director of Finance Operations.

• Own Deal Desk Approval and Discounting Approvals
• Build and reported on customer pricing compared to the competition.
• Assist with New product introductions providing financial modeling, pricing sensitivity analysis, and Go-to-Market Support
• Become a vital member of the pricing committee providing continuous improvement to our pricing practices assisting with new pricing and contract strategy and performance reporting and measurement
• Understand the Business models of our business and act as a utility player who can step in and provide support and analysis in a variety of areas
• Hybrid role that will sit in the Burlington, MA office 3 days a week

• Strong analytic and data gathering skillset with the ability to synthesize the details with an understanding of bigger picture
• Experience being a business partner working with leaders across various functions across the organization
• Ability to learn quickly and constant assessment of how to make things better
• Fluency with BI reporting (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
