Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. The property has 58 apartments. You will be working closely with Maintenance Tech and reporting to Resident Manager and will also work with Assistant Manager. The property constantly requires cleaning due to location.

Duties:

• Have a positive attitude
• Mops and cleans daily (Mops and cleans lobby, office, restrooms, elevators, laundry)
• Cleans courtyard furniture and empties trash
• Clean and maintain designated areas following established cleaning procedures
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately; transporting trash to dumpster area.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, porter, or facilities maintenance roles
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift (Ability to carry, lift, push 30lbs)
