Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position is well-suited for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Manage waitlist during peak hours
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with food service as needed

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong organizational skills to manage waitlist effectively
