**Description**

****OBJECTIVE:** Support and enhance the Treasury Management sales efforts and overall service experiences for our Customers.**

****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS****

* **Receives all proposal requests from Treasury Management Sales along with three months of appropriate information**

* **Logs and tracking all proposal requests for turnaround time**

* **Inputs data into a standard pricing model utilizing standard rates**

* **Produces Treasury Management proposals for Sales**

* **Works with Product, Legal & Compliance to complete required documents**

* **Ensures proper approvals for any exceptions**

* **Visits Customer sites for the purpose of implementation, training and/or maintenance**

* **Ensures a seamless transition for new customers**

* **Utilizes independent judgment in resolving issues but escalates issues to management as necessary**

* **Tracks implementation performed for weekly status and volume reports to be viewed by all levels of management**

* **Understands the Treasury Management business**

* **Participates in small business type sales calls with front line partners**

* **Works with Operations, Customer Service and Product to resolve any issues**

* **Attends training classes and seminars related to job enhancement**

* **Compliance with all regulatory requirements such as, but not limited to, BSA/AML, GLB/Privacy, Ethics for Bankers, and Pretext Calling and Identity Theft. Completion of Compliance Training to ensure understanding of these requirements, as outlines in the Bank's core curriculum and this positions specific curriculum on Republic Bank University.**

****REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION**S**

**Education and Experience:**

* **Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.**

* **Two to four years of Banking experience; knowledge of Treasury Management a plus.**

* **Experience may override the education requirements**

****Skills and Competencies:****

* **Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office; exposure to Banking Systems preferred)**

* **Excellent communication skills, both oral and written**

* **Proven interpersonal skills with excellent Customer Service skills**

* **Strong problem solving abilities**

* **Demonstrated detail orientation and ability to be consistently accurate in job function**

* **Ability to remain flexibility, adapt to a change environment**

* **Ability to multi-task, prioritize accordingly, and remain organized**
