What You’ll Do:

As Myodetox continues to rapidly scale our business, we are seeking the missing link to our People & Talent team. The Human Resources Manager will be held accountable for developing and implementing people processes, systems and initiatives across our global organization, both in our current state and at scale. You will play a critical role in ensuring our team members love to work at Myo and have a best-in-class experience from hire to retire. This role acts as the central point of contact for all People & Talent related inquiries (via management of people@myodetox.com) by providing timely and helpful solutions.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness and “roll up your sleeves” mentality. This individual will be expected to manage multiple workstreams at once, while living our core value of “do less, well”.

Essential Roles Functions:

  • Manage and execute on org wide onboarding processes from offer acceptance to new hire's 90 days
  • Partner with Talent Manager and Payroll Manager to ensure a consistent, seamless experience for team members at every point in their Myo journey
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve the team member experience and support in executing initiatives that advance our mission and vision
  • Respond to day-to-day inquiries and requests including but not limited to: benefits, systems access, verifications, compliance, policies, etc
  • Prepare and process status changes for team members related to hiring, onboarding, termination, transfers, promotions
  • Manage HR Management System (UKG Pro) and ensure quality and integrity of data is captured in a precise, timely manner
  • Manage and execute on org wide offboarding processes (voluntary & involuntary) to ensure a smooth transition for existing team and impacted team member
  • Implement and enforce Company policies, procedures and standards in line with state (California), federal (United States) and provincial (British Columbia, Ontario) legal standards
  • Assist the P T team with people-related reports and metrics, including pulling and analyzing data
  • Complete HR related administrative tasks as needed

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience and/or desire to develop oneself within a high growth and fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to identify and manage competing priorities, set proper expectations for deliverables and drive outcomes from start to finish
  • Highly collaborative, responsive, and moves with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic operator able to both think big picture and execute with precision and attention to detail
  • Resourceful in nature and comes forward with both problems and proposed solutions
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, good judgement and integrity
  • Strong excel skills and technically adaptable to workplace platforms including Slack, Notion, etc
  • Experience using an HR Management System (UKG / Ultipro / Kronos a plus)
  • Knowledge of California state labor laws (preferred) and Canadian provincial laws (nice-to-have)
