As Myodetox continues to rapidly scale our business, we are seeking the missing link to our People & Talent team. The Human Resources Manager will be held accountable for developing and implementing people processes, systems and initiatives across our global organization, both in our current state and at scale. You will play a critical role in ensuring our team members love to work at Myo and have a best-in-class experience from hire to retire. This role acts as the central point of contact for all People & Talent related inquiries (via management of people@myodetox.com) by providing timely and helpful solutions.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness and “roll up your sleeves” mentality. This individual will be expected to manage multiple workstreams at once, while living our core value of “do less, well”.
This position is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Director, People & Talent. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those that this individual is expected to perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.
