Myles Truck Repair & Wrecker Service is Hiring a Diesel Shop Foreman Near Auburn, GA
- Briefing to be held at 8:00am daily. This is to delegate all the jobs to technicians . Also address any issues or tasks passed down from management.
- As a Shop Foreman you are responsible for technicians being efficient on a daily basis.If there are issues with efficiency you will be the first person to be asked.
- The Foreman will be warning, disciplining, and/or terminating employees not meeting company standards.
- Review all completed jobs in order to assure the quality of the work. There will be an action on every service order assigned to the shop foreman for quality control. If any issues are found, a service writer/manager is to be notified. This is to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
- Discussing technical issues with customers.
- Ensure that the shop area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous or hazardous material. This includes both during cleaning time and while working on jobs.
- Making sure there are no unauthorized personnel in the shop.
- Technicians are to be cleaning the inside/outside of the shop every day. Daily cleanup begins at 4:30pm - 5:00pm
