Responsibilities :

• Set realistic, yet aggressive, sales goals and be accountable for achieving them.
• Develop and implement a sales plan, including a budget, to reach sales targets.
• Organize and manage trade shows, including displays, literature, transportation, and budget.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and marketing to develop and execute communication programs.
• Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Develop and implement marketing programs and assist in identifying new product opportunities.
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain a Contacts database.
• Coordinate with customer service for order taking and shipping of products.
• Assist in developing a pricing policy for products.
• Keep all marketing and sales literature up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Medical Laboratory Technician or Life Science associate degree or related field (preferred).
• 1 or more years of experience as a medical sales representative, including internships or similar roles (required).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, including spreadsheet experience, Quickbooks is a plus
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and the latest medical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence in presenting to decision-makers and executives, effectively championing products.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to generate new business and develop successful business relationships.
• Strong work ethic, motivation for sales, and ability to work independently.
• Skilled in negotiation, with a persistent and self-confident approach.
