Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Mold Injection Operator to join our team. As a Mold Injection Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper molding process
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments to maintain product standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the molding process
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production flow
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as needed

Qualifications & Skills :

• Previous experience as a Mold Injection Operator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
