My Wireless - AT&T Authorized Retailer is Hiring an Executive Director Near Detroit, MI

AT&T EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR  
Compensation: Up to $150,000.00 per year or more including base rate and commissions and incentives.

Our growth to over 180 AT&T Wireless retail locations throughout the United States is just a warmup! We maintain a fun and rewarding training program for our staff to ensure that we develop each team member to be promotion ready so we can continue our company growth. 
My Wireless AT&T is currently looking for an Executive Director managing our Michigan, Illinois, and Texas markets. As an Executive Director you will be creating overall vision for each markets and implement programs across various categories to drive results in alignment to company expectations. 
What does it mean to be an Executive Director?  
The Executive Director position is a team leader that is charged with maintaining multiple market operations and seeing that each market not only runs smoothly but also meets or exceeds budgets and sales goals.
As an Executive Director you will get an opportunity to:  
· Execute and succeed on sales initiatives provided on a monthly basis 
· Completes store operational requirements by overseeing the Associate Directors and District Managers execute scheduling and assigning team members; following up on work results 
· Overseeing Associate Directors and District Managers maintain their store staff to recruit, select, orient, and train team members through a culture of coaching and accountability 
· Achieve sales objectives by preparing a monthly action plan for Associate Directors and District Managers, to motivate team members, analyze performance metrics, and initiate corrective actions 
· Oversee Associate Directors and District Managers to secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures 
· Protects team members and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment 
· Ensure that Associate Directors and District Managers are to maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements 
· Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures 
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What qualifications must an Executive Director have?  
· 5 years Multi-Unit Retail Management Experience
· 2 years minimum experience managing multi-state markets
· Managing 20 or more retail locations at a time
· Recruiting and training 
· Results driven and strategic planning 
· Communicates powerfully and prolifically 
· Ability to work full time hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays 
· Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
· Ability to work at multiple locations within a district (territory may include several zip codes) 
· Willing to relocate if necessary
What preferred qualities and skills are we looking for an Executive Director for My Wireless? 
· Bilingual: Preferred 
· Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (or equivalent experience) 
· 5 years’ experience in the Telecommunications Industry 
· Familiarity with wireless terminology preferred
· Multi-Unit Retail location management.
· Well -versed Trainer and public speaker 
What is required to be an Executive Director for My Wireless? 
· Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; including addressing any Loss Prevention escalations around the clock. 
· Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills. 
· Ability to travel at least 75% of the time in market and out of multiple markets
· Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships, and utilize skills of workforce most appropriately. 
· Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to workforce. 
· Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment. 
· Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to work force. 
· Ability to conduct research and analyze information gathered. 
· Strong overall knowledge of the technology, telecommunications or electronics industry. 
· Strong leadership and people management skills. 
· Good decision-making skills, problem-solving skills.

Other movements may include climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise. Dexterity is required. 
Specific vision abilities required by this job include being able to work with small parts in mobile phones and being able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time. These requirements can be met by the individual’s use of eyeglasses or contacts.
