Position Overview

The operations manager is responsible for upholding the profitability and values of My Time Recovery by leading business operations. Their duties include consulting with leadership personnel to determine business goals or initiative, visiting with department managers to relay information about company needs and reviewing operational data to make inferences about My Time Recovery’s success. This individual oversees the implementation of quality improvement initiatives within all areas of operations. This individual accepts special projects as related to the enhancement of the department and the overall strategic plan.

Job Duties:

Oversee Lab relationships

• Order any UA and swab inventory for all locations
• Communicate with lab rep on any changes from MTR and medical director
• Ensure CLIA waivers are valid and on file for all locations
• Communicate and resolve any labs on “hold” are responded in a timely manner.

Oversee Facility Manager

• Ensure logs are being completed by manager monthly
• Ensure vehicle spreadsheet is kept updated monthly and vehicle maintenance remains current
• Oversee budget, and logistics of facility projects

Human Resources

• Setup new hires with training schedule, EMR, company contacts and facility locations.
• Assist in new candidates screenings in other departments as needed.
• Help create training and onboarding material and structure for operational staff
• Ensure new detox tech, healthcare tech and any other role involved with medical, receives medial training with Healthcare Operations.
• Ensure all Human Resource onboarding, in between and offboarding compliance is met by following company policy
• Assist managers with HR issues and help resolve.
• Work Closely with leadership team to implement and refine company policies and procedures

Operational

• Create and put out monthly on-call schedule
• Oversee cleaners for all locations
• Help implement any compliance processes
• Oversee IT company
• Devising, setting and adhering to deadlines for strategic and operational plan implementation
• Tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting
• Identifying, training, and developing leaders within the company and setting them on a path for management.
• Manage all signal threads
• Assist in documenting and running management meetings
• Manage software systems

Qualifications

Minimum two years of supervisory experience in the industry of addiction treatment.

• May be registered, licensed, or certified

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification on file

• Current TB skin test and health screen report
