They will support the company in process development and have attention to detail, be a great people person, good with technology used for operational efficiencies and proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

The ideal candidate for this job has the following skills :

Trainer Specific Skills :

• Minimum 1 year with company
• No accidents for last 6 months
• CDL Class B with passenger endorsement 26k lbs
• Minimum 5 years CDL experience
• Training experience preferred
• Proficient on all MRTW vehicles and customer routes
• Actively takes initiative in MRTW currently
• Comfortable with presenting in group setting / public setting
• Flexible
• Good attendance record
• Open to some travel
• Respected by team
• Open to feedback
• Strong computer and writing skills
