The ideal candidate for this job has the following skills:
Trainer Specific Skills:
- Minimum 1 year with company
- No accidents for last 6 months
- CDL Class B with passenger endorsement 26k lbs <
- Minimum 5 years CDL experience
- Training experience preferred
- Proficient on all MRTW vehicles and customer routes
- Actively takes initiative in MRTW currently
- Comfortable with presenting in group setting/public setting
- Flexible
- Good attendance record
- Open to some travel
- Respected by team
- Open to feedback
- Strong computer and writing skills
