Job Description: We are looking to add Professional Motorcoach Operators to our growing team! We are looking for skilled Motorcoach Operators that thrive in an environment of safely transporting clients, going above and beyond to make customers comfortable, and departing as well as arriving on-time. **Please see Pay Incentives at bottom of Job Description** Responsibilities:
Complete Pre/Post trip on a motorcoach or minibus
Operate safely and on-time
Communicate effectively with customers
Have flexible schedules, to meet our customers’ needs 7 days/week, 24 hours/day
Complete detailed records such as driving logs and safety records
Help increase customer satisfaction, by being the face of the company
On-time spots
Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
Comply with all federal safety and company safety policies & procedures
Communicating effectively and accurately to customer and management
Report all accidents/incidents immediately to dispatch
Benefits offered to Full-Time drivers:
Paid holidays after 90 days of employment. There are 8 paid holidays a year, as well as one floating holiday (employee’s choice).

**Sign on Bonus and Relocation Program Elko, NV: **Sign On Bonus of $2000.00, Paid out as follows: 1/3 at signing, 1/3 at 6-month and 1/3 at 12-month. **Relocation Assistance:Reimbursement of up to $2500.00 for moving expenses(receipts required). One month of temporary housing is provided at a hotel with a suite that is equipped with a full kitchen. Job Requirements: Eligibility:
Must hold a valid current CDL (Commercial Driver’s License), Class “A” or “B” with a “P” endorsement and air brake
Must be compliant with state and federal laws applicable to the vehicles operated
Minimum of two consecutive years of verifiable U.S. professional driving experience operating similar equipment
Minimum driving age of 23
Must be in good physical condition with evidence of insurability provided for any drivers of age 65 or older
No DUIs or felony driving convictions in the last 5 years
No major violations in the last 5 years, including but not limited to: DUI/DWI, Possession of controlled substance, Driving while license suspended, revoked, cancelled or disqualified, Felony driving convictions or committing felony by use of motor vehicle Hit and run accident or leaving the scene, Eluding police, Reckless operation including racing convictions
Maximum of 3 moving violations in last 3 years or
Maximum of 2 moving violations and 1 preventable accident in last 3 years (speeding, tailgating, improper passing, failure to yield, illegal turns, running a red light/stop sign are examples of moving violations)
Maximum of 2 preventable accidents in last 3 years
No license suspensions in the past ten years (suspensions for physicals, insurance lapses, failure to pay fine and failure to appear are exempt under the ten-year rule)
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random alcohol/drug screens after employment
