ResponsibilitiesJob Duties/Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients and warm transfer to Sr. Sales agent for quoting process.
- Assist in completing quotes for Sr. Sales Agent to review with prospective clients.
- Assist the Sr. Sales Agents with New Business servicing as needed.
- Make outbound calls to assist new clients with e-signing needed documents.
- Answer inbound calls on an overflow basis.
- Schedule prospective client insurance reviews as needed.
- Perform general office duties and errands.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- Be capable of handling customer rejection
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing (1-2 years)
- Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience and licensing is not required but must be willing to learn
- Must work well in team environment
- Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
- Bilingual in Spanish and Vietnamese is preferred
