- Put together monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet reports for management reporting
- Administer monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
- Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls
- Analyze and help improve accounting systems and practices
- Prepare and present financial analysis
- Record month end journal entries
- Reconcile various accounts
- Work directly with external auditors
- Assist CFO with special projects
- BA/BS in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in overall general accounting
- Stable job history demonstrating reliability and commitment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
