• Proficient with key social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• Must exhibit a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
• Keen on following social media trends and digital marketing advancements.
• Creative, eager to learn new skills, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy and Creation:

Develop and implement a strategic social media content plan that aligns with our brand’s identity and goals.

• Produce engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Ensure consistent posting to maintain a lively and interactive brand presence.

Community Engagement:

• Actively interact with our online community by responding to comments and fostering connections.
• Monitor social media channels for user engagement, trends, and feedback, and respond strategically.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure consistency with overall marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, launch new products, and promote special deals.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of social media activities within broader marketing campaigns.
• Oversee social media performance metrics, analyze data, and refine strategies to optimize results.

Influencer Collaboration:

• Identify and engage with influencers and content creators who align with our brand ethos.
• Work alongside the influencer specialist to manage partnerships and ensure the production of authentic and impactful content.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and practices.
• Implement new strategies to leverage these trends and maximize brand engagement.
