Clinical Operations Director

My Health Onsite operates onsite and near-site health and wellness centers. We deliver advanced personalized work-site healthcare solutions to employers that enhance patient engagement while proactively improving healthcare outcomes. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a “number.” Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured – we make prevention our number one goal.

Summary

Directs, administers and coordinates the day to day clinical operations for multiple health centers in Port Saint Lucie, Fort Pierce and Coral Springs. Provides leadership, guidance and coaching for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive team. Responsible for strategic client relationship management, managing client expectations and developing and delivering client solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure staffing optimization positively impacts quality of care and patient experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and information aggregator for assigned clients and vendors
  • Meet face to face with client and medical staff to review Key Performance Indicators, assess progress and solicit client feedback
  • Coordinate and manage process to provide client deliverables (ad hoc requests, events such as physicals, VHPs, flu shots, etc)
  • Assist Human Resources with talent management life cycle including recruiting, onboarding, mentoring/developing, engagement, training, retention, performance management and succession planning
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/employee safety, quality care, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure budgets and schedules are within company requirements
  • Participate in the development of regional strategic plans, goals and objectives ensuring alignment with those of the company
  • Enforce clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Suggest new ideas in response to and in anticipation of business needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current registration with the Florida State Board of Nursing as a RN or LPN
  • At least 5 years of healthcare management experience, including multi-site management experience
  • 75% required travel between all six health centers

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills that will foster trust, clear vision, and mutual respect
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve employee, client and patient issues with a strong service mentality
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan of action to improve, implement and evaluate plan effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strategic decision maker, able to handle unforeseen issues
