My Gym Children’s Fitness Centers and Noah's Art Children's Art Studios of Charlotte are growing! And with that, we are looking to grow our team! We’re seeking out someone who has a passion for fitness and the arts, really likes kids, and loves to be part of a tight-knit team that works closely with children and families. Are you someone who…

• Loves working with children and would consider yourself a kid at heart
• Is a “people person”
• Is great at working in collaboration with other people in a fun and supportive environment
• Has a background in fitness (gymnastics, dance, team sports, cheer, martial arts, or related field) and the creative arts (visual arts like theater, painting, drawing)
• Is patient, outgoing, and has an upbeat personality
• Has experience with social media, marketing strategies, and sales.
• Is willing to really grow with us (and the kids!) and can commit to at least a year of employment

If you answered “yes” to the above questions, you may be the right person for us and our family of companies might just be the right place for you! As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be working to effectively market our brands and companies, to establish/maintain a strong community presence, and adhere to the My Gym and Noah's art Brand standards to create and maintain (with the help of franchise experience of almost 50 years) strategies for marketing our companies.
The job would require some onsite work at our locations, but would be partially remote. Though we are looking for part-time employees, this job has the possibility of becoming a full-time sales and marketing position.
