- Explain all tours and check passengers into flights.
- Full knowledge and understanding of MFT product book.
- Full understanding of computer programs.
- Know how to walk a customer to purchase from any point on the website.
- Upsell Tours and Packages.
- Reach out to no-shows to reschedule.
