Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you provide first line customer service to our patients. You greet patients upon arrival and ensure they are cared for as quickly as possible. A separate team answers all phone calls and verifies the insurance so you can focus on your connection with the patients in front of you. You are there to ensure patients feel heard, cared for, and that they are our top priority! You also want to take advantage of those scheduling bonuses so it's important to set follow-up appointments on their way out. The position requires a truly caring and energetic individual who can really be an advocate for MY DR NOW mission and values!
