Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers. This position requires strong administrative skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information about our organization, services, and products
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform administrative tasks such as order entry, filing, proofreading, and transcribing
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or dental receptionist is a plus
