POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILSThe General Manager knows the restaurant business backward and forward and can anticipate problems before they occur. They should be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team based on their strong knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions. The General Manager will benefit from Cristy’s belief in sharing the rewards that come from goal achievement and the positive performance results through our competitive bonus structure. The General Manager will be expected to build and maintain a strong relationship with direct reports (restaurant managers) and team members. Balance fun with attention to quality and creating an amazing guest experience.

- High School diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus
- 5 Years of relevant experience in restaurant management, required
- Food Safety Level 2 Certification required (will train)
- Familiar with Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS) a plus
- Experience in scheduling entertainment, a plus
- Experience in the pizza industry, a plus
- FoodTec POS, Office 365, and Microsoft Office experience, a plus
- Pay starting at $60,000 / year monthly bonus
- Bonus based on meeting performance, profitability and customer satisfaction goals
- Potential of up to $75k in salary / year
