MX is looking to add a Financial Analyst supporting Go-To-Market to our finance team. You will support the organization as a whole in expense management, ROI and ad-hoc analysis, helping us ensure accuracy and integrity in all that we do. Job Duties Cross-functional business partnering with the sales and marketing organizations; including but not limited to compensation modeling, vendor expense management, resource/capacity planning, ROI analysis, etc. Provide data-driven consultation to internal stakeholders using financial and operational modeling to answer complex questions Become a champion for our corporate data structures and processes, provide auditing, enablement, and mentorship in all things GTM to help ensure uniformity, integrity and accuracy in our forecasting process Provide ongoing support to leaders across various departments to develop rolling forecasts, annual budgets, variance analyses; highlight risks & opportunities and proactively identify and drive improvements and efficiency Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned Job Requirements 3 years of FP&A, financial modeling, formulas, and calculations Bachelor’s degree in business or finance related field preferred Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables Expertise in Excel modeling Strong analytical acumen Enjoy working with data, strong attention to detail, data discrepancies, downstream dependencies, etc. Prior experience in managing budgets (headcount, vendor expense etc), cost center reporting, and forecasting (previous experience supporting sales and marketing organizations preferred) Executive communication and presentation skills Work Environment At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent and increase impact through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and in-office days. Travel expectations for remote employees is about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees will utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $94,500-$113,500. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation. **Please note that this position does not accept sponsorship candidates at this time.
