A Counter Sales Associate will assist customers in the shop and over the phone with tire and/or part purchases along with coordinating and scheduling deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required tires/parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.?
- Informs customers of companion part requirements, specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.?
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information within a timely matter.?
- Notifies Service Manager of out-of-stock tires/parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.?
- Locates out-of-stock tires/parts from an outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.?
- Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order tires/parts.?
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six-plus months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.?
- Flexible schedule – must be available to work some Saturdays.?
- Must have computer proficiency.?
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.?
