Xray Certified Assistant for Pediatric Dental Office
Seeking a motivated Dental Assistant with a fun, loving and caring personality to work in our Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic Practice.
Position is for full time 5 days a week.
Must be a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic self-starter type personality. Need to be great with children and comfortable speaking with parents in a professional manner.
Candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics.
Handling the instrument and equipment sterilization area
Set up and break down of the treatment areas
Exposing Dental Xrays
Assisting in other areas as necessary to help the overall team!
Candidates MUST have:
X-Ray Certification
Computer knowledge (be able to use a keyboard, navigate the web and use Microsoft Word/PowerPoint).
Great attitude and be able to communicate in a positive manner with children and parents.
Candidate Pluses but not necessary:
Experience with Dentrix software (or dental software in general)
Fluency in Spanish
Expanded Functions for General and/or Orthodontics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
