Receptionist Fluent in Spanish
Pediatric Dental & Orthodontic office in Gaithersburg, MD looking for a Receptionist/ Patient Coordinator/Billing Coordinator position for our growing team.

Our dental team is looking for an organized, self-motivated, energetic and caring individual. This candidate needs to be able to provide excellent customer service, educate patients and promote the practice.

Responsibilities include:

Making appointments, answering phones, greeting customers, discussing financials, collecting fees, filing insurance claims, billing, etc...

The right candidate will have:

• Great customer service skills and an outgoing personality, if you have a shy/quiet personality please do not apply, we work with kids and parents all day long and like to have fun and be outspoken :)
• Fluency in Spanish
• Proficient CPU skills (able to navigate websites, social media, use Microsoft Office and Outlook)

The following skills are not a necessity but a plus: (We are willing to train the right candidate)

• Dental/Medical front office experience
• Dental/Medical software experience
