  • Job Description:**We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Delaware County. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and group therapy sessions, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to our clients.
  • Responsibilities:**- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other staff members to ensure coordinated care.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health and substance abuse treatment.
