Job Description

MV Property Management is seeking a talented Property Manager to join our team! This individual will oversee the daily on-site operations of one of our exceptional apartment communities in Layton, UT. Responsibilities include managing finances, coordinating maintenance, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.

To excel in this role, you should ensure smooth daily leasing operations and meet financial goals. Ultimately, an exceptional Property Manager will enhance property value and meet tenant needs. While prior Property Manager experience is not required, candidates must have previous sales or customer service Management experience in a professional setting.

Administrative:

- Utilize management software for recording, storing, analyzing information, and generating reports.

- Conduct daily meetings to manage Leasing Agents, Maintenance, and Cleaning Staff.

- Handle rental payments and lease transactions.
