Muskegon Surgical Associates is recruiting for a full-time Hybrid Office and Surgery Scheduler. This position will be located at our Mercy Drive location.

Muskegon Surgical Associates, PC has been providing surgical care to West Michigan since 1972. We are an independently owned multi-specialty practice consisting of 13 surgeons and approximately 100 employees, and two locations in Muskegon. In early Summer 2024 we are also opening a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The candidate must be able to multi-task, be organized, and keep records accurately.
• Provide top-notch, personable customer service.
• Perform scheduling of Office and Surgery appointments.
• Must be able to multi-task proficiently, be organized, and keep records accurately.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
• Medical Administrative assistant degree from an accredited program or a Medical Assistant, (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of medical office/surgery scheduling experience required.
