Pure Medical Spa/Muskegon Surgical Associates is recruiting for a part time (24 hours per week/48 hours per pay period) Spa Scheduler and Coordinator. This position will be located at our Patriot Drive location.

Muskegon Surgical Associates, PC has been providing surgical care to West Michigan since 1972. We are an independently owned multi-specialty practice consisting of 13 surgeons and approximately 100 employees, and two locations in Muskegon. In early Summer 2024 we are also opening a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The candidate must be able to multi-task, be organized, and keep records accurately.
• Provide top-notch, personable customer service.
• Perform scheduling of Spa appointments.
• Checking Spa patients in and out of appointments.
• Must be able to multi-task proficiently, be organized, and keep records accurately.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
• Minimum of 2 years of spa/scheduling experience required.
