Music Arts is Hiring a Collection Specialist Near Barnesville, MD

We are searching for an Accounts Collection Specialist to join the team at our Corporate Office in Frederick, MD.

The Accounts Collection Specialist is responsible for collecting on delinquent accounts from consumers. This position is ideal for an individual looking to join a rapidly growing organization with great opportunity for growth and advancement.

Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):

  • Initiate customer contact to determine reason for delinquency and to look for resolution
  • Communicate policy and rental contract procedures
  • Utilize skip tracing tools

Based in Frederick, MD, Music & Arts is now part of the Guitar Center enterprise and comprises 225 retail stores, 200 educational representatives, and 250 affiliate locations.
