Job Description Summary
The Telehealth Operations Manager – Primary Care Support reports to the Director of Operations and is also accountable to the Executive Medical Director of the Center for Telehealth and the Telehealth Director of Grants and Research. Under indirect supervision, this position provides management and supervision of the professional, clinical, quality, and educational needs and initiatives for telehealth primary care integrated support services. This position hires, evaluates, and supervises the operations of all primary care integrated services (including but not limited to Nutrition and Psychiatric integratated care, behavioral health collaborative care, etc.) and holds more discretion and greater financial authority than other lower management levels. Manages initiatives, strategic priorities, and programs which have an impact on the organization and statewide telehealth strategic objectives. Collaborates with leaders to establish operating procedures, enhance clinical/non-clinical workflows, increase productivity, and improve overall quality outcomes and operational efficiencies within a variety of delivery settings.Entity
