The Opportunity
CONSOR is currently looking for a Project Controls Coordinator for our Transportation Group in our Houston, TX office. As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, CONSOR is full of opportunities for career development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize the in-house system (Proliance PMIS and Oracle Unifier) to prepare, collect, record, and input data
- Perform full review of in-house system to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Update and maintain assignments relating to Program Contracts (i.e
- input and track contracts, task orders, work authorizations, purchase orders, etc. via the in-house system)
- Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently (to include processing budget changes and/or transfers)
- Provide first level review of invoices and process through system workflow
- Provide data entry of payment vouchers and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) information
- Complete the administrative aspects of closing out projects
- Provide assistance and support to program management team, as needed
Required Credentials
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Management, Economics, or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Minimum of 2 years experience required
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
