A leading distributor is looking for an Order Specialist to process a high volume of orders with extreme accuracy. The ideal candidate is a data entry expert with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.

Collaborating harmoniously with colleagues, the new team member will improve operational effectiveness by accurately executing procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Location : Northwest Houston, TX

• Type of Position : Direct Hire
• Shift : M-F 8 : 30am-6 : 30pm (Must be able to work overtime)

Responsibilities :

• Accurately process a high volume of orders with extreme accuracy.
• Provide exceptional, professional customer service and support.
• Develop a strong rapport with customers.
• Perform general copying, filing, and other office duties as needed.

Requirements :

• High school diploma; Associate’s degree preferred
• 4 years of work experience in a fast-paced office environment
• Extremely accurate data entry
• 10-key experience required
• Ability to memorize numerous order codes for data entry
• Superior phone and communication skills
• Strong ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Professional maturity, consistent track-record, and strong interpersonal skills
• Standard schedule is Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-6 : 30pm with overtime
