Our firm represents clients and companies in courts, offices, and consular posts all over the country and world. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn and expand their knowledge of immigration law and US court systems while servicing clients from different backgrounds and cultures.

About the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Services Specialist to join our immigration law firm. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the presentation of contracts, handle reports to monitor client retention, and closely collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and clients to address queries related to contracts. Additionally, this position involves collecting contract payments and ensuring seamless onboarding of matters into our system for the legal team to proceed with. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Client Services Specialist will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance to oversee incoming payments, generate reports, and contribute to analytical decision-making processes aimed at fostering departmental growth. Basic Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle a high volume of work independently and in teams
• Be detailed oriented and highly organized
• Able to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce experience
• Experience working in an office
• Data Analysis
• 2 years of Customer Service Experience
• Bachelor's degree in administration
