Job Description:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Motor Werks INFINITI, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their automotive needs and providing them with an unparalleled buying experience. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences, demonstrate vehicle features, and guide them through the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive vehicle demonstrations.
Guide customers through the sales process, including pricing, financing options, and vehicle delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and specifications of INFINITI vehicles.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
