About the Role:

Within this 12 month program, apprentices will work as an Insurance Sales Representative, with UNCAPPED earning potential (commission) & a clear path for advancement to leadership and management positions quickly for the right candidate. Opportunities Include:

• Base Salary of 48,000, with UNCAPPED commissions (Most reps make 70k yr 1, 80-100k yr 2, 100-150k year 3)!

Responsibilities may include:

• Meet with customers, perform storm damage inspections on residential properties, assist with insurance claims, select project materials, collect customer payments, generate leads & set appointments & ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Serve as an advocate for restoration in your community! Offer support with tangible resources to the restoration process after they've faced disaster

You must have:

• Either a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that is capable of carrying a ladder, and other tools
• Must be able to set up/climb a ladder
• Must be able to spend large amounts of time on your feet outside during various weather conditions (fully in person role)
• Must have a reliable smartphone
• Must live in existing commutable distance to role location
• Must have existing right to work in the US- no future or current sponsorship available

Apprenticeship Training:
