Our firm is seeking an associate attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience in municipal, education and/or general public agency law. Candidates should be confident in providing legal counsel to cities, school districts or similar public agencies. Candidates will have experience with advising public agencies on compliance with the Brown Act, Public Records Act, Political Reform Act and other related municipal and school district matters.

Experience with public contract code requirements, land use, real estate and CEQA issues and general public agency contract review and analysis is required.
