Multifamily Carpet Cleaners is Hiring a General Labor Near Saint Paul, MN

Multifamily (https://multifamilycarpet.com) is a rapidly growing company that specializes in carpet cleaning for apartment complexes in the Twin Cities. We're a fun-loving, tight-knit team that supports each other and works hard.
A typical day involves operating your “own” truck in a variety of weather conditions, interacting with customers and residents, cleaning vacant units/common areas at apartment complexes around the Twin Cities, repairing carpet, responding to water loss events, thinking critically, solving problems, and being a bad ass. Every day is different!
We start and end our day at our facility at 692 Glendale Street, Saint Paul, 55114
Promotion Ladder:
- Junior Technician: $27/hr (30hrs min per week) <-- You start here
- Technician: $29/hr (30hrs min per week)
- Senior Technician: $31/hr (40hrs guaranteed per week) <-- requires 4-6mo, on average
- Master Technician: $37/hr (40hrs guaranteed per week)

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Stamina and endurance—this is a workout!
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift 100lbs
- Live in the greater Twin Cities metro area
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
