Position Description: In this role, the Manufacturing Assembler will be responsible for using various hand and power tools to assemble plastic parts according to work instructions to meet customer specifications and quality standards in a safe manner.

Job Summary:

• Reads drawings, work orders, work instructions, and manufacturing orders to laminate plastic parts
• Uses various hand tools including but not limited to glues to heat guns, glue guns, paint brushes, cutting, tools, and others
• Marks and cuts materials following templates for specific dimensions
• Smooths layers to build required product free from wrinkles, air pockets or voids
• Records operational steps completed including lot numbers and expiration dates for material traceability
• Clocks into and out of work orders
• Works as part of a Team to learn to laminate various plastic parts to meet customer requirements
• Complies with Company policies/procedures including Safety, Quality and Conduct

Job Shift:

• Mon - Fri : Day 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older (required)
• Must pass a full panel negative pre-employment drug test (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Spokane Valley, WA 99216
• Previous warehouse experience preferred not required

Salary Range:

The Starting target Pay Range for this position is $16.28-$17.00 per hour. The full Pay Range is $16.28-$20.00 per hour. At Multifab Inc, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications.
