Position: Versatility Manager for Agency with Choice/Alternative Day Program Supervisor: Lisa Podworski

Location: Springfield and surrounding areas Status: Part time- 20 hrs. per wk

Salary: $17 to $19 per hour

Responsibility: 1. Meet and learn supports needed for each individual in the AWC program

2. Provide direct care when in need of a permanent staff or during planned vacations/

absences.

3. Develop a list of relief staff to cover a sick/vacation day

4. Develop a survey/questionnaire to determine families need for a relief staff

Assist Case Managers in the following:

• Research and make connections for volunteer opportunities in the community
• Compile a list of volunteer opportunities/contact information for individuals and staff to access
• Provide oversight for planning of group activities –Recruit individuals/staff to plan monthly activities/recruit individuals to mail out flyers
• Post advertisements internal/external for all available positions, review all resumes and applications for potential candidates, schedule interviews for the Case Managers

Requirements: 1. Must have knowledge to work with individuals with a variety of needs.

2. Must be reliable and flexible to provide hours needed for individuals.

3. Knowledgeable with Microsoft word, excel and publisher a plus

4. Recruitment/Interviewing and program development skills preferred

5. Must be organized, creative and a self-starter

6. Must attend mandatory trainings and others required to meet individuals’ needs.

7. Must attend monthly staff meetings

8. Must have safe and reliable transportation

9. Must have High School Diploma

Trainings: First Aid and CPR trainings are required. Training can be provided as needed.
