Mulling Insurance is seeking highly motivated agents/producers to generate new client relationships in various targeted industries throughout central Florida. The ideal candidate is someone that is motivated to be the most knowledgeable and honorable agent within their targeted industry market, has the ability to function and thrive within a team-based environment, and shares an interest in serving others and their community. Long-term income potential is $250,00 ( ). With starting pay range from $65,000-$100,00 plus commissions/bonuses. This position also includes a sales expense account/allowance, along with a sales marketing allowance.

Responsibilities
- Utilize core skills such as insurance sales, sales, and communication skills to effectively sell commercial insurance products to clients.
- Apply premium skills like outside sales, negotiation, and multilingual abilities to build strong relationships with customers and close sales deals.
- Utilize relevant skills in marketing, customer service, and benefits administration to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office to create and maintain client records and sales reports.
- Show leadership skills by guiding and mentoring team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
